Sciences of the Qur’an (Uloom al-Qur'an) is a branch of knowledge that deals with topics related to the Qur’an, either by directly stemming from the Qur’an or serving it.

Fields of knowledge that are directly stemming from the Qur’an would include topics such as Reasons of Revelation (Asbaab an-Nuzool), Makki and Madani. Fields of knowledge that serve the Qur’an would be Tafseer, knowledge of Arabic grammar etc.
